Terms & Conditions
This website has been created to present the artistic work of Lé, share the creative process behind each collection, and provide information about available artworks and commissions.
By using this website or contacting the artist regarding an artwork, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Original Artwork
Every artwork presented on this website is an original piece, created by hand.
Because each artwork is individually crafted rather than industrially manufactured, slight variations, textures or small imperfections may naturally occur. These characteristics are part of the artistic process and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece.
Artwork Information
Every effort is made to ensure that artwork descriptions, dimensions and photographs are accurate.
However:
colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings;
handmade artworks may contain subtle variations that are part of their authenticity;
measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
Availability & Reservations
All artworks displayed on this website are subject to availability.
Every artwork is available on a first-confirmed basis. Once the purchase has been agreed and the corresponding payment has been received, the artwork is reserved exclusively for the collector and removed from public availability.
If a reservation is made without payment, it will be held for a maximum of 7 calendar days. After this period, if no payment has been received and no alternative agreement has been made, the reservation will automatically expire and the artwork may become available again.
Orders & Commissions
Clients are welcome to discuss a commission by email, phone or video call. However, the final confirmation of the commission must always be submitted by email.
The confirmation email should include all agreed project details, such as dimensions, colours, materials, design preferences and any other relevant specifications. This written confirmation serves as the official reference for the creation of the artwork and helps ensure that both the artist and the collector share the same expectations before production begins.
Once the commission has been discussed and approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows the artist to dedicate time, materials and resources to your project.
Production times vary depending on the size, complexity and current workload. An estimated completion timeframe will be provided before work begins.
As each commissioned artwork is created specifically for the client, changes requested after production has started may not be possible or may incur additional costs, depending on the stage of completion.
If the client decides to cancel the commission after production has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time, planning and materials already invested in the creation of the artwork.
The remaining balance, together with any applicable shipping costs, must be paid before the artwork is dispatched.
Payments
Payment methods and payment instructions are provided individually during the purchase process.
Production or shipment will begin only after the agreed payment has been received.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties or import charges (when applicable) are not included unless explicitly indicated.
Shipping
Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure the highest possible level of protection during transport.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
The artist cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs procedures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Damaged Deliveries
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact the artist as soon as possible after delivery.
Whenever possible, include:
photographs of the packaging;
photographs of the damage;
your order information.
This will help initiate the appropriate shipping claim.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and handmade nature of the artworks, returns are generally not accepted.
If an artwork arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order, please contact the artist so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable under your local legislation.
