Crocodile eye (2021)

We all have our fears and insecurities that are sometimes hard to overcome. But there is a way to resolve that, that psychologists often recommend: picture yourself as a strong animal and see the world through its eyes.

I, for one, have always admired crocodiles. Those calm and brave reptiles who are usually frightening are actually really peaceful and very intelligent. So, whenever I lack confidence in myself, I use that technique, and thus I can overcome my own fears. Try to do the same, picture yourself as strong as any animal of your choice and relax. Try to determine the root of your concerns, make a decision that will fix your problem, and prove to yourself that you are capable of overcoming any obstacle.

Do the harder things or what scares you the most first. Climb a huge mountain, switch jobs, start playing sports, grab your phone, and just call that person you’ve been thinking about. You’ll notice that if you take that step, your life will shine again with bright colours!
